Is there is a minimum order?
For the products that I offer, there are no minimum orders. However, if you are interested in bulk quantities, please contact me for discounted pricing.
Is Your Website Secure and is my Credit Card information Safe?
YES & YES! All your information, personal and financial, is safe. We do not keep your credit card information on file. As soon as you click on the “Check Out” button, you will be instantly routed from Ezduzzit's website to PayPal’s SAFE and SECURE website where they guarantee personal information and financial safety. What happens after I place my order?
Because we manufacture the Backhand in our USA manufacturing plant, we handcraft each Backhand as they are ordered, so your order will ship out within 3-5 days of placing your order.
How can I pay for my order?
Because Ezduzzit.com processes payments through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase items, but if you have a PayPal account, you can log into that account and pay for your order with any funds you have in your account. We do not accept personal checks, but you are welcome to send a money order and your order will ship out as soon as the money order is received. Please contact us for our mailing address.
When can I expect my order?
It takes 3-5 days to manufacture your Backhand and the shipping will take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on your location. Please contact us
directly to talk about expedited shipping options.
What if I don’t receive my order?
You will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number, which will allow you to see the status of your item. But If you don’t receive your order within 7-15 days from your order date and you have not been informed of any delays, please contact our support dept. at backhand@ezduzzit.com and we will research the shipment for you and correct any problems to make sure you do get your order.
What if I don’t want my order, can I return it?
We want all our customers to be happy, so if you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item being returned. We are not able to refund shipping costs. Custom Orders however are not eligible for returns!
What if my Backhand arrives and is damaged?
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at 845-462-2136 or email us at backhand@ezduzzit.com to find out how to return your
order and receive a replacement item.
